Zari Hijabeez Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely happy, we're here to help! You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Return:

Your item needs to be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Just send us a message at gethelp@zarihijabeez.com to start the return process.

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Remember, please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Damages or Issues?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives! If something’s wrong—like a damaged or incorrect item—reach out to us right away, and we’ll fix it for you.

Exchanges:

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll refund you through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
