• Terms and Conditions to Govern These terms and conditions represent the final and complete agreement between the parties.
• Price Prices quoted are valid for 10 days unless otherwise specified. Our Company reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of lower prices established by government regulations.
• Transportation Our Company shall use its judgment in determining carrier and routing. We shall not be liable for delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from our selection.
• Packing We will comply with minimum packing standards unless otherwise provided. Additional packing requested by Buyer will be paid for by Buyer.
• Payment Terms Discounts apply only to the invoiced value of the material. 
• Taxes and Import/Export Licenses Prices do not include taxes.
• Return of Products Goods cannot be returned without contacting customer service first. Cut-to-size items and special orders may not be returned unless provided in error by Our Company.
• Liability Our Company shall not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from the use of its products. Claims for shortages or damage must be made within fifteen days.
• Warranty All goods are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Buyer must submit any claims within fifteen days of receipt.
• Remedies and Limitation of Liability Our Company's liability is limited to replacement of goods, repayment, or crediting Buyer with purchase price.
• Selection Buyer represents that goods are fit for intended use and that no reliance has been placed on Our Company's skill or judgment.
• Choice of Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
• Partial Refunds Partial refunds are offered for returned items with missing original parts.
• Shipping Charges Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fee is charged for returns.
